iJURNSIDE. Fab Cattle.— 239 yarded, the greater portion medium to inferior quulity Well finished bullocks and heifers sold at an advance, whila others were easier. Best bullocks £ll 10s to £l2 7s 6d, good £lO to £lO 10s, medium £8 to £9, light £5 10s to £6 10s, old and inferior £3 5s to £4 10s. Fat Sheep.—2ols ponned ; mostly ewes of medium quality. Prices were rather firmer. Best wethers 16s 6d to 17s, extra to 18s 3d, medium to good 14s to 15s, best ewes 15s to 16s, good lis 6d to 12s, inferior 7s to 9s. Lambs.—sß9 penned. Best 10s 6d to 12n 9d, medium 9s to 10s, others 6s 6d to 7s 6d. Pigs.—Only 54 penned, and all sold in favor of vendors. Suckers 9s 6d to 12s, slips 163 to 21s, porkers 363 to 435, baconers 47s to 625, pigs to 725. Addington. Fat Cattle.—226 yarded, the bulk cow 3 and heifers of only moderate quality. All prime quality maintained late rates. Steers £6 5s to £lO 17s 6d, heifcr3 £5 15s to £9 12s 6d, cows £4 17s 6d to £9 12s 6d, beef 24a to 29s per 1001b. Fat Sheep.—The entries comprised a good proportion of prime wethers and owes suitable for freezing. For these buyers competed briskly and prices for bc3t quality ewes were rathc-r better than last week's. Freezing wethers 17s 6d to 19s lid—extra heavy 20s to 255, lighter 15s 9d to 17s, freezing ewes 133 to 16s 6d, butchers' do lis to 17s 3d. Fat Lambs.—lsoo penned to a keen demand, at prices a shade firmer than last) week's. Freezes 12s to 15s, tegs 15 to 15s Bd, butchers' 10s to 12* 6d, extra heavy 15s 3d, Pigs.—Small entry and irregular sale. Baconers 41s Gd to 625, equal bo per lb, porkers 27s to 38s 6d—--5d per lb, suckers 7s to 10s, slips 10s to 15s.
