Hack Welter declared immediately after Handicap Time Trot is run. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The meeting will be held under the rules of the Dunedin Jockey Club. The trotting races, will be run under the rules of the N.Z. Trotting Association. No entries to be received for any of the above races except on this, condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by tire Stewards or whom they may appoint ;■ their decision upon all points-to be dual. Any person entering <i protest must deposit with the Secretary £2, and should such be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount shall be forfeited.
