PRINCE CHUN'S MISSION.
BERNE, August 29. Prince Chun awaits the Emperor of China's sanation to the Kaiser's conditions with regard to bis obeisance. Tt is expected that Chun will bow to the Kaiser thrice, and that the members of his suite will prostrate themselves.
