BERLIN ,August 22. The whole German Press are indignant at the condemnation of Marten on the charges of mutiny and murder on what is described as the flimsiest of evidence. The papers declare that unless the conviction is quashed there will be a gross miscarriage of justice, the public prosecution having proved nothing more than a case of manslaughter.
