Resolved—That for the purpose of securing Uie payment of the principal and of providing the Interest and Sinking Fund on a Special Loan of £922 13s 7d, raised by thia Council, by Special Order passed on the 15th of July, 1901, the Council do make and levy a Special Rate of Is in the pound sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Arrowtown. Such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate, payable by equal half-yearly payments on the Ist day of October and the l. t day of April during the cnrrenoy of the said Loan, and shall be levied year by year until the said Loan of £922' 13s 7d is paid off.
