Dalgety and Co. Ltd, report as follows : Oats.—Our catalogue was made up mostly of medium and inferior samples, which are very difficult to place. We quote prime milling Is XOld to Is llkl, good to best feed Is lOd to Is 10id, fair to medium Is 8d to Is 9d, sacks extra. Wheat.—There is still a fair enquiry for prime milling, but other sorts are neglected. Prime velvet and Tuscan 2s 5d to 2s 6d, fowl feed good whole 2s, broken and inferior Is 6d to Is 9d, sacks in. Potatoes.—Supplies comingto hand are not large and prices are about on a par with those quoted last week. Prime derwents £2 15s to £3.

Rabbitskins. The usual fortnightly sale was held on Monday, when there was the usual attendance of buyers. The catalogues offered were small, but the demand for all descriptions of skins was brisk, and prices, if anything, were higher than those of last sale, Best winters brought from lod to 17d, springs 9d to Is, summers (id to 'Bd, inferior and small 3d to sd.

Sheepskins.—Tqc usual sale wss held on Tuesday at the Agricultural Hall buildings. Fairly large catalogues for this season of the year were offered, and the demand to a point was good, although prices, as compared with those of last sale, were not quite so high. Full-woolled merinos brought from 5s to 7s Gd, do crossbreds 3s Gd to 5s Gd, latoly-slaugh-

tered skins 2s to 2s 4d, pelts Gd to Is 4d, lambskins Is Gd to 2s sd. Tallow and Rough Fat.—Consignments of both descriptions met with a ready sale at quotations. Best tallow to 21s, medium and inferior I ts to 18s, good rough fat 13s Gd to 14s, medium and inferior do 8s to 12s.
