OANDER AND SONg EUCALYPTI EXTRACT Under the distinguished patronage of His Majesty the King of Italy, at Rome, according to communication received from the Consul-General for Italy at Melbourne, upon instructions from the Minister for Foreign Affairs dated 14th March, 1878. I certify that I haAe used Mr Satders's extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus in all affections of the throat, inflammation, bronchitis, rheumatic swellings, inflamuation, ofjhe breasts after confinement, toothache, and diarrhoea, and can strongly recommend it in all cases as stated above. Epitome of declaration made berore Moritz Cohn, J.P., on the 17th October, 1877, at Sandhurst :—Three medical gentlemen had attended the son ot Mr Raabe of Ironbark.lfor.'nine;weeks, and declared that amputation;[of the leg injured by an axe was absolutely necessary. At this juncture Mr Raabe called on Messrs Sander and Sons, procuring some of their Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus, and by the application.of the same he had the satisfac. tion of seeing his son within a fortnight out of all danger, and he has now quite recovered. The*extract, of a brilliant yellow gold color, and need not be con* founded>ith the turpentine like preparation of the gum that is to be found in the trade, has been applied, with marked beneficial effect, to severe sprains, all sorts of wounds, cuts, scaldingsj and its chief property—namely, to cheek all inflammation— acoounts for the cures referred to.
