To the Warden at Arrowtown T hereby apply for a Gold-mining Lease of the lands hereinafter described, in accordance with the Gold-mining Leases Regulations of New Zealand, and I agree npon approval of this application, to execute a Lease upon the basis therein stated, if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same.
