The first anniversary and insfallatiorroi officers' for the ensuing year, of Arrow EjH wianing Lodge (No. 637, S.G) took place* on Friday evening last. At eight o'cloclc the lodge was opened in the lodge«roomi Oddfellow*' HaTI, Arrowtown. when Hi»| Honor Judge Harvey. P.G.M.. installed,' in a Very impressive manner, the H.W.Mj (Bro J. Mai low), who occupies the cli»i[j for the second time in succession. Thai fo lowing officers' Were also instnl'.ed :-i D.M., F. hykes; 8.W., J. T. BurrelU J.W., G Broadfo'ot; S.D-. T. Herfit; J.DJ J. Colville; J.G., 11. Pritch'atd; T.,C| Hay ; &, L. H. Preston ; T.. E. Grubed A number of brethren from Lake L dgej of Ophir, Queens'own, were present afi the ceremony. After the installation tlia brethren (rogether with a few gentlemeaj present by iuviation) sat down to a WelH laid cold supper (catered by.MrG. He>ler)j in the reading-room of the Athenaeum, thai It W..VI;, (IJrS. ,T.'Barlow) occupying M chair. 'J he usual loyal and masonic toasti were duly proposed and honored, song? being rendered between the toasts. 'J'M gathering was one of which' the Masonic! body may well feel proud as indicating the rapid progress made by the Kilwinning Lodge in less tttan a month.
