To provide a safe and profitable means of investing small sums of money without risk to investors. To enable its members to purchase or build on freehold property on terms easy and advantageous. SPECIAL ADVANTAGES. Annual division of profits. Investors can enter at any time without paying back subscriptions, and withdraw when they pita-e (after the first year) with share of profits. Temporary loans to members on security of shares. Females and minors may become shareholders, their rights being protected by the "Friendly Societies Act, 1867." The funds of the Society only invested on first mortgage of freehold property. Subscriptions received through Bank or Post-office Order. Interest allowed on three or six mon f hs' payment in advance. Copies of the Rules and further particulars may be obtained from the undersigned. J. F. TULLY, Secretary. POST OFFICE SAVINGS' BANKS. The following are the regulations for the above bunks : 1. Interest at the rate of 4 per cent, per annum is given on £2OO and under ; at the rate of 3 per cent, per annum on sums under £500; and in the same proportion for any shorter time on every complete £1 deposited, provided that no inteiest be allowed on more than £SOO. 2. Depositors in the Post Office Savings' Banks have direct Government security for the prompt repayment of their money. 3. A Depositor in any one of the Post Office Banks can continue his deposits at any other of such Banks, and can withdraw his money at that Post Office Bank which is mo*t convenient to him. 4. The strictest secresy is observed with respect to the names of depositors in Post Office Banks, and the amounts of their deposits. 6. Money may be deposited by or on behalf of minors. Depositors over stven years of nge are treated as persons of full age, but minors under seven years of age cannot withdraw their deposits until they have reached fhe age of seven. 7.
