Herbert left on Monday to spend a few days at Oamaru. * * * Miss Shirley Downs of Invercargill is holidaying in Queenstown. * * * Mr and Mrs G. Thomas left by the bus on Tuesday morning on a visit to Invercargill. * * * Mrs J. J. McSeriley and famiyl, Cromwell, are the guests of Mr and Mrs T. McSeriley. * * * Miss Shirley Donaldson of Invercargill has been visiting Queenstown for ski-ing competitions. * * Mr and Mrs P.
