Cheese: Steady ; white, 95s to 96s cwt, coloured, 94s to 95s cwt , | Trossen Meat—The market for wether mutton is quiet and unchanged. There is a fair demand for ewes. The market for lamb remains steady. Beef is expected to go higher if supplies from other sources are not too heavy. d. d.
