As the result of the explosion of two bombs at "King's Cross railway station, Dr. Donald Compbell, lecturer at Edinburgh University, who was married early this year, was killed and 16 people were injured. The bombs exploded simultaneously in the left luggage office of the station. Those injured include two women whose clothes were torn off by the blast, and the terrific explosion rocked the neighbourhood.

Mr. J. McDermott, Labour leader, moved in the Eire Seriate that the country is entitled to an explicit statement from the Government as to the justifiability or the expediency of the bombings.
