"Peck's Bad Boy. With the Circus" screens to-night at the State Theatre '
with Tommy Kelly and Ann Gillis, of Tom Sawyer fame, heading the caste. With Laurel and Hardy, Kings of Comedy, in their first co-starring appearance for some time, and with Delia Lind, sensational new Viennese find, and Walter Woolf King lending their glorious singing voices in supporting roles, "Swiss Miss," which is coming on Saturday and Monday to the State Theatre, emerges from the Hal Roach Studios as a spectacular melange of melody and mirth. ; EMPRESS THEATRE. An unusual amount of action is packed into George O'Brien's current RKO Radio Western film, "Arizona Legion," which has Laraine Johnson appearing opposite the popular outdoor star. It forms the first unit at the Empress Theatre to-night and Saturday. v
A dramatic story, of federal opera-, tives who risk their lives as soldiers of peace to eradicate espionage networks, Columbia's "Smashing the Spy Ring" is the second unit. The film features Ralph Bellamy and Fay Wray.
