Snow has been reported on the higher land of the Northern KingCountry during the past couple of days, and on the weather clearing, the hardest frost yet experienced this winter occurred last night.
Officials describe the repatriation of 300,000 former German and Austrian citizens from the Italian Tyrol as the ''biggest mass migration for centuries." It is understood that the step was thought desirable because of existing friction between Germans and Italians throughout the area. It is estimated in Berlin that 6000 South Tyroleans have already gone to Germany.
