STATE THEATRE
"The First Hundred Years," stalling Robert Montgomery and Vir ginia Bruce, will screen to-night a the State Theatre.
"The Adventures of Robin Hood," a Warner Bros.' technicolour version of the famous story, starring Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland, screens on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. One of the most important pictures of the year, it has been acclaimed by critics and audiences as a masterpiece of screen entertainment.
This beloved legend, concerning the gallant deeds of a Saxon noble who turned outlaw with a band of followers and plundered the rich Normans to feed and protect the poor and oppressed, has long been a favourite to moviegoers of all ages.
