PIO PIO CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY, LTD. r PENDERS will be received by the above Company up till Monday, 13th June, 1938, at 5 p.m., at the office of the Company, Pio Pio, for the cartage of cream in canopy covered vehicles as required. Prices to be at per lb butterfat, and can be optional for one, two, or three years. Collection as from November Ist to end of February will be six times per week, no cream being collected on Sundays, balance of period to be same as 1937-38 season. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Contract No. I.—For all cream from the 4-mile peg on the main road, and including cream from Mr. Early's gate on Troopers' Road, Kopaki, Aratoro and Mangapehi cream, from Mr. G. Laurenson's gate on the Te Mapara Road, to the 12-mile junction, also the Mangaokowhai Road, thence to the Factory at Pio Pio. Contract No. 2.—Starting from Helms;' and Julian's boundary, all cream on the Noho Noho Road, Christenson's, and all cream on the Kahuwera Road, en route to the junction with the Aria Road, including all side roads, thence to the Factory at Pio Pio. Contract No. 3.—Cream from the Aria district beyond the Wairere bridge, to Factory at Pio Pio. Contract No. 4.—For all cream from the Wairere bridge on the Aria Road, and including Paekaka Road, from Mr. Hardy's boundary to the Factory at Pio Pio. Contract No. s.—No. 3 and 4 combined. Contract No. 6.—Cream from Mrs. White's on the Ngapaenga Road, via Mairoa Road, and Mr. Dent's on the Pungarehu Road, and all byroads necessary, to the Factory at Pio Pio. Contract No. 7. —All cream from Mr. Mawhinney's on the Ngapaenga Road, and H. Voyce's on the Pungarehu Road, and all by-roads en route via Waitanguru .and Mangaotaki Road, to the Factory. Contract No. B.—No. 6 and 7 combined. Contract No. 9.—For cream on the Soldiers' Settlement, Mahoenui, or Duncan's, if necessary, incorporating Papakauri Road, then all cream on the main road, including all side roads, to the Factory at Pio Pio. No contracts to be exempt from collecting times mentioned above. Tenders for cartage of goods, on monthly basis, from Factory store to suppliers, to be included with butterfat tender. Quantities of butterfat received from each contract this last season can be obtained by written application to the Secretary. Terms of contract can be inspected at office of Company, Pio Pio.
