TE KUITI BOWLING CLUB
RESULTS IN COMPETITIONS. Perfect weather conditions prevailed at the week-end and bowlers took full advantage of them. The green was in excellent condition, playing fast and accurate. Results of games were as follows: Hancock, Maskell, Matthew and Reid (s) 25, v. Gresham, Haw, Hitchcock and McLeod (s) 21; Aymes, Evans, Abbott and Dinsdale (s) 28, v. Snowdon, Weston, Thomas and Innes (s) 10; Patton, Cameron, Andrews and Holah (s) 21, v. Powdrjll, Hedley, Henderson and Jones (s) 19. The club competitions were advanced a further stage. Results were:— Junior Championship.—Douglas (1 life) beat McCauley (1 life). Senior Championship - .—Henderson beat Frerichs. Handicap Singles.—Shakes beat Gresham; Wilson beat Frerichs: Rundle beat Brabyn; Shakes beat Frerichs.
