TWO OPERATORS FINED. Two cases of overloading were dealt with by Messrs. R. B. Cole and F. W. Fraser, J.P.'s, in the Justices' Court this morning. The informations were laid by Mr. J. For the weight of its lorry exceeding the road classification a penalty of £2 12s was imposed on the Aria Dairy Company, and on a further charge of loading beyond the licensed load it was ordered to pay 12s costs. Similar penalties were imposed on Arthur B. Baker, of Feilding, who was charged on the same counts.
