VISION OF CAR DRIVERS.

In the same way that the driver of a car should pull up immediately he was dazzled by the lights of another car, he should also pull up if he could not see properly because of foggy weather or for any other reason which prevented him from clear sight, said Mr. F. F. Reid, S.M., in the Christchurch Magistrate’s Court recently, in giving his decision in a civil claim following a collision in the city. “If they do not see and do not pull up, motorists must accept ...e full responsibility,” said the magistrate.
