FIGHTING WINDMILLS
"Communism never has been a menace to the British Isles. In fact, England has demonstrated remarkable invunerability to any of the 'isms' cf European breeding, despite its close proximity to their sources. If, therefore, Sir Oswald Mosley proceeds now to engage in marches to 'crush' ■alleged Communist danger, he would seem to be fighting windmills. Great Britain has hitherto 'fought' both Fascism and Communism with its most effective weapons; freedom of action and freedom of speech. Nothing appears to indicate that this system was wrong. Sir Oswald's fitful movement seems more likely to cause political disorders than to remedy them."—"Philadelphia Inquirer."
