PURSUANT to Section 42 Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, I hereby give notice that an election will be held on Tuesday, the 4th day of August, 1936, for the purpose of electing ONE MEMBER to represent the Constituent District of portion of the County of Waitomo on the Wairere Electric Power Board in place of Mr. W. D. Winstanley, resigned; and I hereby appoint the Waitomo County Office, Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, as the place, and Thursday, the 23rd day of 1936 (before noon) as the day and time for receiving the nomination of candidates.
