N.Z. DAIRY COMPANY. In a statement made yesterday, Mr. C. J. The deferred .payment would be disbursed as follows: August, 1.502 d per lb; September, .502 d; October, 1.502 d; November, 2.502 d; December, 3.oo2dj.January, February and March, 2.502 d; April, 2.002 d, and, subject to realisation of stocks, a cash payment of .502 d per lb butterfat on May supply. In addition, a shareholders' bonus of .25d per lb butterfat would be paid over the full season on all butterfat covered by shares.

The monthly advance payment on butterfat supplied (Juring June would be Is per lb for first grade butterfat for butter making free of share credits, and Is Id per lb on first grade butterfat for cheese-making.
