PURSUANT to Section 42 Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, I hereby give notice that an election will be held on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1936, for the purpose of electing ONE MEMBER to represent the Constituent District of portion of the County of Waitomo on the Wairere Electric Power Board in place of Mr. F. C. Davidson in accordance with Section 22 (1) (d) Electric Power Boards Act, 1925; and I hereby appoint the Waitomo County Office, Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, as the place, and Thursday, the 16th day of April, 1936 (before noon) as the day and time for receiving the nomination of candidates.
