MANCHUKUAN OFFICIALS ARRESTED. SUPPLYING INFORMATION TO SOVIET. . (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 12.35 p.m.) Tokio, April 13. Five Mongol officials of the Manchukuo Government were arrested on a charge of supplying military information to Soviet and Mongolian authorities which was valuable to the later during the recent border clashes. They will be court-martialled.
