WAITANGURU TENNIS. (Own Correspondent.) Waitanguru tennis < enthusiasts journeyed to Pio Pio last week-end to try conclusions with the Pio Pio Club members. The weather was fine, but a good breeze was blowing throughout the day, which made.conditions unfavourable for the match. There was a fair number of spectators who witnessed some very fine tennis, and the evenness of-some of the games was remarkable. Luncheon and afternoon tea were partaken of on the grounds. At the conclusion of the tournament Mr. Jury, on behalf of the Waitanguru Club, thanked the Pio Pio Club members for the very sporty and interesting day's competition and hospitality.
