NEW FRENCH CABINET
DOWNFALL PREDICTED. M. SARRAUT’S BUDGET NOT ACCEPTABLE. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 11.45 a.m.) London, November 20.
The London Chronicle’s Paris correspondent says the downfall of the French Cabinet is practically certain, further complicating the disarmament problem, when the Chamber of Deputies meets on November 21 to consider* M. Sarraut’s Budget, which the Financial Committee has revised in a wholesale way. M. Sarraut’s alternatives are to accept the Committee’s challenge or agree to the changes, but it is unlikely that the original or revised Budgets will have majorities.
