WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL. i NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION TO DIVERT BALANCE OF LOAN. jyOTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 9th day of December, 1932, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for authority to divert the unexpended balance of the Tangitu No. 2 Loan amounting to £230 19s lid, and use the same for the purpose of reforming, culverting, pumicing and metalling portions of Ramaroa and Mokauiti North roads. Any persons having any objections to the proposed application are called upon to submit the same in writing (in duplicate) to the Waitomo County Council, Te Kuiti, 'not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
