ON BANK HOLIDAY. LIGHTNING KILLS MAN. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) London, August 1. The Bank holiday was largely spoilt for Londoners by a storm of remarkable fierceness with blinding lightning and torrential rain. Considerable damage was done and a man was killed by lightning when sheltering under a tree during a cricket match at Twickenham.
