AND A CAUTIOUS CLUB SPIRIT. A certain soe ; al organisation held its annual election of officers 'this week. It' is the custom to change officers every year, and this year, as usual, the meeting proceeded with the nomination of new ones. Before the election, however, a member called attention to the fact that two thousand letterheads bearing the names of last year’s officers were still on hand. Last year’s officers were all re-elect-ed.
