It is officially announced that the N.S.W. Government will lodge an appeal against the decision of Mr. Justice Street, who upheld the appeal of Colonel Eric Campbell, leader of the New Guard, against his conviction for using insulting words when speaking in public of the Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang.
