VHe dropped asleep on a bench in the park, and when finally he awoke it was pitch dark and raining. Below him the reflection of lights on the wet pavement produced on his muddled senses the impression of a sheet of water. “Gosh!” he exclaimed. “The sea;” Whereupon he took a header and dropped heavily on the asphalt. Brused and badly shaken, he scrambled to his' feet and murmured in a surprised voice, “Frozen I”
