At the Supreme Court at Hamilton last week His Honour, Mr. Justice Smith, granted the following divorces (decree nisi): Just Mortensen (Mr. E. M. Mackersey) v. Isabella Mortensen; Hormah Riddle (Mr. E. M. Mackersey) v. Nellie Emma Riddle. 0 . The grounds in each case was three years' desertion.
