ALL THAT piece of leasehold land situate in the Land District of Taranaki, containing 285 acres, more or less, being Section 7, Block VII., Mapara Survey District, and being all the land in Occupation License with Right of Purchase, No. 780, recorded in Volume 77, Folio 105, Taranaki Registry, SUBJECT to Proclamation No. 1076, taking part (4 acres 3 roods 15 perches) of the said land for a road and closing part of the road adjoining said land.
