TO-NIGHT AND MONDAY. At the Empress Theatre to-night and Monday a double feature programme will be screened—" Sin Takes a Holiday," and "Never the Twain Shall Meet," from Peter B. Kyne's powerful novel.
"Sin Takes a Holiday" is a delightful and smart . comedy-drama of modern life i'n New York and Paris. Constance Bennett is supported by a brilliant cast, which includes Kenneth Mac Kenna, Basil Rathbone, John Roche, Louis Bartels, Zasu Pitts, Fred Walton and othed noted stage and screen players. In "Never the Twain Shall Meet" is portrayed the fierce struggle of races that made immortal the words "east is east and west is west, but never the twain shall meet."
