CRIMINAL AT SEVEN YEARS. When Reginald John Cooper, aged 24, pleaded guilty at Middlesex Sessions lately to two charges of housebreaking, it was revealed that his criminal career began when he was only seven years old. It was stated that finger-prints on a window led to his arrest.
