INDIAN CONGRESS

meeting of committee. OUTLOOK NOT' CHANGED. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) Delhi, January 30. Although no official meeting of the Congress working committee has yet taken place, the leaders have participated in informal talks at Allahabad. The trend of these seem to indicate that Congress has not changed its outlook towards India’s political future. Among leaders there is still talk ol debt repudiation at a time when all other parties throughout India are i repeating their assurance to the 1 world that no future Government of India will allow this question to interfere with the country’s credit. Judging from the temper of the Congress leaders at the moment, there is no likelihood of the Premier’s offer being accepted.
