Over 50 breeders from Whangarei in the north, to Invercargill, in the south, have made application under the New Zealand Jersey Breeders’ Association type classification scheme this season, and a start will be made early in December by three of the examiners, Messrs. G. H. Bell, H. Moreland and W. H. Booth. It is proposed to start from the north, working southwards, through Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, and Hawke’s Bay.
