SOLICITORS' FIDELITY BOND.
PASSED IN QUEENSLAND. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (■ Received 12.20 p.m.) Brisbane, this day. A Bill has passed all the stages of the Legislative Assembly to set up a fidelity fund to cover defalcations of dishonest solicitors. The measure was drafted by the Law Institute for the protection of investors and trust funds. Nobody will be allowed to rs practice as a solicitor or an attorney unless a contributor to the fund.
