GOLF IN EARLY HOURS
“DISORDERLY CONDUCT,” SAYS JUDGE.
Playing on miniature golf courses in the early hours of the morning is not golf—but disorderly conduct, in the opinion of Judge John H. Lyle, of Chicago. The Judge fined Leo Harrington £4O and costs for permitting persons to play on his putting course during the hours when neighbours were trying to sleep.
