The Public Trustee is able to finance estates administered by him so as to enable payments to be made for death duties, debts, or other obligations; but a testator appointing the Public Trustee executor of his will may, if he so desires, make the necessary provision by creating a trust in his lifetime directing the investment of such sum as may be deemed adequate for that purpose. Facilities are available for investment on a basis which returns a good rate of interest and keeps the capital liquid and available immediately the estate falls in for administration.
