KEEPING THE WAVE.
f A good fixer, one that will keep the hair in wave, no matter how trying the weather may be, can be prepared from the following recipe. Two drachms of traglacanth, £ oz of glycerine, and 1 oz of spirits of wine, and water up to one pint. As the fixer is difficulti to prepare it should be made up by a chemist.
