FEDERAL LOAN COUNCIL. NEW* MINISTRY'S LOAN PROPOSALS. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 11.35 a.m.) Canberra, this day. The first meeting of the Federal Loan Council, since the Labour Government has been in office will be held at Melbourne on llfh November. It is understood the new Ministry proposes to float' a loan of £10,000,000 as soon as posible. The Federal Treasurer, Mr Theodore, estimates that £2,000,000 additional revenue must be raised to balance the Federal finances.
