“FAUST,” TO-MORRO.W. At last the German opera “Faust,” has found its way to the screen. The production is said to be one of the achievements of the art of the modern nlm. It will be screened at the Empress to-morrow and Thursday evenings, and lovers of the glassies are promised a rare treat in screen fare. That great Continental character actor, Emil Jannings, is cast in the role of Mephisto, while a cast of famous legitimate stage players support him in the roles of Marguerite, Faust and Valentine. The picture bears an “A” eertifi? cate, and is recommended by the censcr more especially for adult audir ences.
