IN CASE OF HOMICIDE.

A new form of unwritten law was invoked when Lucille Wauncli explained that she shot her father and Agnes Hemink because the boldness of the latter in living with her father caused her temporarily to lose control of herself.
She stated she only intended to scare Hemenk, and did nut realise the revolver was loaded.
The coroner’s jury exonerated Miss
Waunch
(Lucille Waunch, the 15 years old daughter of a wealthy Chicago resident, charged Agnes Hemenk with breaking up their home. She shot and seriously wounded the woman and then shot her father . dead.)
