N.Z PRODUCE IN BRITAIN.
OF MIGRATION. ;SIR T. McKENZIE'S OPINION. (Press Association.) London, April 7. Sir Thomas- McKenzie, who is returning to New Zealand in June after spending a year in .Britain, in an interview stated: "My inquiries suggest that New Zealand products are not likely to advance in price except wool,, but if mutton and lamb maintain their present prices it will be as much as we can expect under the existing conditions in Britain. "One result of the war-time association has been to familiarise the French, the Belgians and the Italians 'with our produce. They are now taking considerable shipments. Ibeheve •the Dominions have in Mr L. C. M. b. Amery a Minister whose heart and soul are in their interests. I am confident he will go as far as the ltante <6f Mr Baldwin's election pledges admit. "In reciprocal preferences, -New \2fealand, in developing migration, 'only needs to extend the present fine ■co-ordination with Britain as fully as rpossible in selecting and training "land workers^''carpenters, masons and •other artisans.' We can secure all we of these essential people."
