Amongst his many wins are the Auckland Cup (2 miles), Michelson Cup (1£ miles), and the Te Awamutu Cup (U miles). He is a grandson of the celebrated Carbine, and has all the qualifications to make him a successful sire, and breeders should not miss the opportunity of mating their mares with this great staying blood. Only a limited number of approved mares taken. Fee: £8 Bs, reducible to £5 10s if paid at the first service. Mares met when advised. Good grazing 3s per week.
