Tsankoff, the Bulgarian Premier, has returned to Sofia well satisfied with the result of his visit to* Yugo-Slavia and Rouniania. He stated that both at Belgrade and at Bucharest the Bolshevik danger was discussed. "My views were listened to," he said, "and if the necessity arise* joint measures may be taken by the three conntrie.", concerned in order to deal with iliis menace." M. Tsankoff declared limit the Bolsheviks were not capable of causing civil war in Bulgaria but their representatives were taking advantage of every circumstance to harrass the forces of law and order. M. Tsankoff denied the reported engagement of King Bom's to Princess Ilcana of Rouniania.
