WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW. In pursuance aud exercise of the powers vested in it by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” and all other Acts and authorities it in that behalf enabling the Waitomo County Council hereby gives Public Notice that it proposes to raise a Special Loan of Nine hundred pounds (£900) for the purpose of re-forming, widening, culverting and metalling the unmetalled portion of the Mangakolcopu Road, and proposes further for the purpose of providing the required security and to meet the interest and sinking fund charges during the currency of the said loan (which will be for a period not exceeding 36£ years) to make an annually recurring rate of seven-sixteenths of one penny in the pound upon the unimproved value of all rateable property situated in the Mangakokopu Special Rating Area. It is also proposed to pay out of the said loan the cost of raising the same together with the first year’s interest and sinking fund charges thereon.
