Public Notices. SALE BY MORTGAGEE. Acting at the request of the mortgagees, MESSRS ABRAHAM AND WILLIAMS, LIMITED, will sell by Public Auction at their Offices, King Street, Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, the fifth day of September, 192.3, at 10 a. m. ALL THAT piece of land situate in the Land District of Taranaki containing by admeasurement One hundred and fifty-five acres more or less, being SECTION ONE, BLOCK SEVEN, MAPARA SURVEY DISTRICT, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Occupation License with Right of Purchase No. (3, record ed in Volume 77, Folio 0, of the Register Book in the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth. The property is situated at Kaitangaweka, about nine miles from Kopaki, and is well watered bv a. good stream. 50 acres are flat and undulating, balance hilly. The improvements consist of a dwelling of four rooms and lean-to (unfinished), 2-roomed slab wliare, cowshed, yards and separator room. 125 acres have been cleared, with about 100 acres in grass, while there are 200 chains post and wire fencing.
